EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Entry Level Carpenter

Tight Knot specializes in custom home building in the NH Lakes Region, and w
e are looking for an entry level carpenter (or moderately experienced) to join us. We are a small team and take pride in doing high-quality work. We will train the right person to read plans, learn rough and finish carpentry, and develop the skills to eventually become a site lead. We are looking for a thoughtful individual who wants to make a career out of building homes.

Work is consistent. Full-time is preferred. As skills develop, we intend to compensate accordingly.

Our company culture is hard working, but we are also always cracking jokes and laughing together. Our company is more focused on craft and design, rather than just pumping out cookie-cutter homes. Our philosophy is to create good architecture that considers the human experience. We get there with a lot of physical and mental energy, fueled by energy drinks, and gas station coffee.

We compensate for long commutes to sites and offer some PTO benefits.

Give us a call and tell us what you're looking for in your career, and we will see if we can work together.
